Welcome to the Terms and Conditions of Pepella, a guest house managed by Bagni D’Arienzo S.r.l.. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. Please read these conditions carefully before making a reservation.

2. Definitions

• Client: The natural or legal person making a reservation at Pepella.
• Service: Any accommodation, package, or service offered by Pepella through its website.
• Website: www.pepella.it.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation, you agree to:

1. Comply with these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
2. Adhere to specific policies regarding reservations, cancellations, and refunds.
3. Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information to complete the reservation.

4. Reservations and Payments

4.1 Validity of Reservations

• A reservation is valid only upon receipt of a confirmation email from Pepella.
• Any changes to the reservation must be requested via email at info@pepella.it.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/debit cards.
• Bank transfers.
• Other methods specified at the time of booking.

4.3 Payment Policies

• Non-refundable rate: Payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
• Refundable rate: Payment may be refunded according to the Cancellation Policy described in Section 5.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Non-Refundable Rates

• Reservations with non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified.
• In the event of no-shows or late cancellations, no refund will be provided.

5.2 Refundable Rates

• Cancellations made at least 10 days before the arrival date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 10 days before the arrival date are non-refundable.
• For changes to a date with a higher price, the price difference must be paid.

6. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM.
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
• Requests for late check-out may be accepted depending on availability and may incur an additional fee.

7. House Rules

• Guests must follow the house rules communicated at check-in.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
• Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.
• External food and beverages are not permitted in common areas.
• Quiet hours must be respected from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

8. Reservation Modifications

• Reservation modifications are allowed in accordance with the applicable rate policies.
• Modification requests must be sent via email to info@pepella.it and are subject to availability.

9. Privacy

All personal information provided during the reservation process will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the website.

10. Liability

10.1 Disclaimer of Liability

• We are not responsible for damages or losses caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or interruptions of external services.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.

10.2 Damage to Property

• Any damage caused by guests to the property or furnishings will be charged at check-out.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes, Italian law will apply. The competent court is Naples.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on our website and communicated via email for active reservations.
